The small consistent habits are what actually make the biggest difference — to my skin, my mindset, and our family life. These are the routines I’m choosing to protect this year and beyond.
✨ Red light therapy three times a week to support my skin and overall wellbeing
💧 Drinking plenty of water (because hydration really does change everything)
🚶‍♀️ Daily walks and gentle movement to clear my head and reset
📵 Less doom scrolling, more intentional time offline
🍌 Homemade banana bread on repeat — slow mornings, simple joys
🍽 Home cooking that supports our family routine 
📋 Being more organised and planning ahead to reduce mental load
🤍 Spending more time present with the kids, not rushing through the moments
2026 is about choosing habits that feel sustainable, realistic, and grounding — especially in busy mum life. Less pressure, more intention. Less noise, more calm.
