Whether you’re spending a weekend in Palma or exploring more of Mallorca, it’s the perfect mix of city life, beach days, amazing restaurants and unforgettable views. Every stop felt like something straight out of a postcard. 48 hours in Palma was all it took to completely fa 48 hours in Palma was all it took to completely fall in love with this little corner of Mallorca ✨🍊🐚☀️🌊 We spent two days making the most of everything Palma has to offer, starting with some shopping in the city before heading to the coast to relax. If you’re planning a short trip to Mallorca, this itinerary is such an easy way to combine city life with beach time. One of my favourite spots was Cala Comtesa – the water is unbelievably clear and it’s the perfect place to spend a few hours swimming and soaking up the sunshine. We also spent time at Balneario Illetas, which has such a gorgeous setting right on the beachfront and made the ideal stop for lunch and an afternoon by the sea. Back in Palma, we had dinner at @ombupalma , which was easily one of the highlights of the trip. The food, cocktails and atmosphere were all so good, and I’d definitely recommend booking a table if you’re visiting. We also spent time exploring Santa Catalina, which has such a lovely buzz in the evening with plenty of restaurants, bars and people out enjoying the warm nights. If you’re looking for a European city break that gives you a little bit of everything—shopping, beaches, great food and beautiful scenery—Palma is definitely worth adding to your list. I wish someone had told me sooner that motherhood I wish someone had told me sooner that motherhood isn’t about having it all together. 🤍 Some days the house is tidy, everyone’s dressed, and I feel like I’m keeping on top of things. Other days there are toys everywhere, the washing is piling up, dinner is whatever’s quickest, and I’m counting down to bedtime. Most weeks are a mix of both. What I’ve learned is that motherhood was never meant to be done perfectly. It’s not about ticking every box or getting everything right. It’s about showing up, learning as you go, and finding joy in the little moments in between the chaos. The messy days don’t mean you’re failing.
