DSC02122I have never been a great baker but I do enjoy trying out different recipes, which is why when I was sent this Bake Box to try out I was really excited for the challenge. Bake Box is sent out every 2 months and includes 6-8 items of innovative bakeware, 6 recipe cards and subscription to the bakeclub. Each box has a theme to it, mine was Parisian themed, hence the Eiffel tower biscuits! I began by making the cookie dough, first creaming the butter and sugar and then adding the flour, egg and corn flour to a food processor.

Once the dough was ready, I placed it on a floured board and rolled it out to an even surface. Using the Eiffel tower biscuit cutter I managed to get about 10 biscuits onto a baking tray and in the oven for about 12 minutes. Once cooled, I added the icing by first rolling it out and using the cutter again to mirror the shape of the biscuit. I then used edible glue to stick the icing onto the biscuit and finished by decorating with silver balls.

They actually tasted really delicious and I found the recipe cards really useful! The Bake Box subscription is £14.99 a month, to find out more click here. Let me know if you have baked any delicious goodies recently?
