I find myself feeling incomplete if I leave the house without lipstick on, almost as though I have forgotten something important. I have become obsessed with lipsticks over the years and somehow filled an entire draw of them. A few years back I would only wear the brightest shades available, fusia pink, pillar box red and tangerine. Now I can’t get enough of nude lipsticks from pale pinks to beige tones, I have a few favourites but yet to find one that lasts not only all day but doesn’t leave your lips feeling dry or flakey.
I’ve always been a fan of Estee Lauder, a sophisticated, luxury beauty brand that has been around what feels like forever! I was recently sent some products from the new Pure Colour Envy range to try out that I’d like to share with you. First up, the recently launched Pure Colour Envy lipsticks, designed to transform the lips with lustrous colour and brilliant shine. The packaging is beautiful, navy and gold with a magnetic closure creating a luxury feel. The lipstick literally glide onto your lips and feels so moisturising upon application, lasting all day. My favourite shade has to be Vain Vanilla as it goes with everything and suitable for everyday use. Priced at £26, these are not expensive for a luxury lipstick.

The second product I tried out was the double wear light foundation which I absolutely love. The formula was super light and sheer with an added SPF for protection, but still enough coverage for every day use. This foundation lasts all day without any movement, it even lasts after a gym session! I love that this foundation comes in a plastic tube, making it easy for travelling.
