My favourite time of the year is when I plan a holiday and get to pack all my beauty products into my suitcase! Travel size everything has become essential when trying to cram every single beauty product you own into your suitcase, especially now you get charged for every kilo you take with you! I find packing a little stressful as I always find myself taking too much with me which then results in a suitcase clear out at Manchester airport whilst all the other sensible travellers stare at you!

Victoria Beckham has launched her second capsule makeup collection with Estee Lauder and here’s my verdict! This collection is the ultimate wearable luxury with beautiful premium packaging and colours that are daring but sophisticated and sensual! Launched in September this year in premium department stores including Selfridges and Harrods the collection is one that celebrates fashion, colour and femininity. The great thing about the VB collection is that all the products are easy to apply, highly pigmented and long lasting. However the price point certainly does reflect this, not a cheap collection but suitable for the beauty lover and someone that maybe wants to treat themselves to a few luxury items for their makeup bag. Victoria has also created tutorials for each of the looks in her bathroom which made the launch feel more genuine and authentic allowing viewers at home to create these looks from Victoria Beckham herself.

I recently did a massive clear out of my beauty and skincare products and made space for all my newbies so I can now share them with you! I have been sent some amazing beauty products recently and these are my ultimate favourites, here’s why I am loving them so much. First up is this Peony Brightening Night treatment mask by Fresh Beauty. I’ve been a fan of this brand for a few years now since I discovered it in Singapore whilst on my honeymoon! All the products are honestly amazing, especially this overnight mask which you apply before going to sleep. I use this when I am feeling super tired and need a boost to make me feel better, waking up to smoother and brighter skin is a definite win when you are always on the go and don’t have time to sit for 20 minutes to enjoy a face mask. 

Lush has recently opened their doors to a fabulous new store in The Trafford Centre based in Manchester. The new store is double the size of their previous store and has the most indulgent skincare, bath and body and even cosmetic products on offer. I was invited to their opening night where they were doing product demonstrations and serving cocktails, a chance to discover their new store before it opened to the public. Everyone was very excited to try out all the products and there were staff on hand to talk through all of the products. I even got to make my very own intergalactic bath bomb and left with a bag of goodies including soaps and a bubble bar.
